The Polar bear called Tom (lying on Bora) (Ursus maritimus, Lední medvěd) from ZOO Prague, the Czech Republic.

DID YOU KNOW THAT... polar bear cubs learn to freeze and remain still while their mother hunts? If they move, the mother disciples them, with a whack to the head! :nod:

Awesome picture! I know Tom and Bora and I can imagine how difficult is to see them in so cute position and moreover - to take a photo of it! The moment is just too cute, Tom looks very dreamy, he might think about his own mommy. And thank you for interesting fact - I did not know it!

The vision - 5/5
The originality - as I say, it is very difficult to see them like this, so 5/5
The technique - as you say, it is not very sharp, but on the other hand, I love the blue tones, it fits photo of polar bears perfectly!
The impact - together with interesting facts - 5/5

What a gorgeous shot. The coloring makes it look as though you shot them by a glacier and really gives a sense of their natural habitat's cold, though the snuggling bears radiate warmth. Beautiful!

Thank you very much! I really don't know how is it possible this shot is blue, there's no blue in the exhibit... but I was happily surprised how this turned out :hug: I'm glad you like it :hug:
