The Oriental Small-clawed Otter (Aonyx cinerea, Vydra malá, Status: Near Threatened) from ZOO Cologne, Germany.

DID YOU KNOW THAT... European otters were Endangered in the 1950’s? Thanks to conservation efforts to stop illegal hunting they have been able to increase in numbers and now they are "only" Near Threatened.

It breaks my heart to think that any one could look at them or any animal and kill it so cruel thank you for the info people should be aware what animals are endangered .love you photo's they are beautiful.I just adore animal's.
