The Cape Ground Squirrel (Xerus inauris, Veverka kapská ) from ZOO Prague, the Czech Republic. Isn't it cutie? :love: (My answer... damn YES, it is so cuuute! :D Unfortunately it absolutely ignores people and stands with its back to window... this is best shot I took :XD:)

DID YOU KNOW THAT... there are over 365 species of squirrels? :nod:

Adorable little creature. :D I saw a Gray Squirrel last week in London (sadly the Red Squirrel is endangered in England because of the US Grey ones, though).

It's better than no squirrels at all, isn't it? xD There's a small island off the coast of England where the Red Squirrel still lives, people are working to protect that island to keep at least that population of Red Squirrels alive. C:
